Under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, any person that has some level of control in premises must take reasonable steps to reduce the risk from fire and make sure people can safely escape if there is a fire. If you are an employer, then this means you and this means you are responsible by law.
Enzo Commercial Solutions is on hand to assist you with carrying out a fire risk assessment.
